So, you’ve been accepted as a participant to the Civics Summit – CONGRATULATIONS!

Registration Forms:

This downloadable packet of registration forms has all the information you need to prepare for the Summit. Click here to download Registration Information.

Permission Forms:

All participants must have their parent or guardian sign these forms and return them to AYEA. Deadline is February 25! Click here to download permission forms.

Tuition:

The tuition is $100 for the 4½ day training. This includes all housing, meals, transportation from Juneau’s airport, training materials, equipment, and staff instruction! Travel costs to Juneau are not included. AYEA staff can help applicants with fundraising, and AYEA has limited scholarships available.

Travel:

Participants are responsible for their own travel costs to attend the summit. AYEA staff will help applicants with fundraising, and AYEA has limited travel scholarships available.
