Advocacy for policy change to reduce plastics

There is a bill in our legislature (House Bill 118) promoting a user fee on plastic bags. AYEA teens have promoted the issue of plastics and ways to reduce their use and mandate recycling during our Civics & Conservation Summit March 9-13. Below is the bill:
