Staff

AYEA teen leaders are supported by two full-time program staff and seasonal interns. Staff coordinate youth trainings, raise funds for AYEA activities, facilitate strategic planning, and connect youth and adult leaders throughout the state. Staff uphold AYEA’s values and focus on youth empowerment and youth-adult collaboration at all levels of the program. If you are a young person (teen or young adult) seeking employment and would like to be considered for one of AYEA’s seasonal positions, please contact Megan McBride at (907) 339-3907 or mcbridem(at)ayea.org.
